Apprentice Plumbing )Are you ready to start a rewarding career in plumbing? Join our team and learn the trade from experienced professionals. In this hands-on role, you'll gain practical experience installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems in both residential and commercial settings, all while following safety protocols and building code requirements. With guidance from seasoned plumbers, you'll develop the skills, confidence, and knowledge needed to grow into a licensed plumber while contributing to high-quality, safe, and efficient work for our customers.What You Bring• You have a strong mechanical aptitude and a genuine eagerness to learn the plumbing trade.• You're comfortable safely using hand and power tools and enjoy learning new techniques.• You are dependable, punctual, and attentive, able to follow detailed instructions and deliver high-quality work.• You communicate clearly and work well as part of a team, collaborating effectively with peers and supervisors.• You're comfortable working in a variety of environments, including residential homes, construction sites, crawl spaces, and outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.• You're committed to completing state apprenticeship requirements on your path toward journeyman licensure.Key Responsibilities• Assist licensed plumbers with the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, gas, and hydronic piping for residential and commercial projects.• Measure, cut, thread, join, and assemble pipes and plumbing components using hand and power tools under supervision.• Support troubleshooting and repair of leaks, clogs, and other plumbing issues, including preventive maintenance tasks like flushing water heaters and inspecting pipes.• Learn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and job specifications to ensure accurate installations.• Help install and maintain plumbing fixtures, including sinks, toilets, faucets, water heaters, boilers, disposals, and commercial restroom assemblies.• Prepare and organize tools, materials, and job sites, maintaining efficiency, cleanliness, and safety at all times.• Follow all company safety procedures, OSHA regulations, and local plumbing codes.• Provide professional, courteous service when interacting with customers, ensuring a positive experience.• Work closely with the plumbing team to complete projects on schedule while meeting quality and code requirements.• Participate in ongoing apprenticeship training and skill development, gaining hands-on experience and advancing toward journeyman licensure.Licenses & Certifications• Possess valid drivers licenseWhy You'll Love Working Here• Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision coverage; a 401(k) plan with company match; paid parental leave; PTO; company-paid holidays; life and disability insurance; accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity coverage; and access to voluntary benefits such as pet insurance and identity/fraud protection - everything you need to support yourself and your family.• Real Growth Opportunities: With more than 60+ strong local brands behind you, you'll have the chance to grow your skills, take on new responsibilities, and build a long-term career.• A Culture with Heart: We lead with teamwork, respect, and integrity.
