Job description
Essential HealthCare Solutions, LLC seeks a Clinical Lead / Medical Oversight APRN to provide remote clinical leadership across three emergency shelter sites in North Fort Myers, with on-site presence as needed. You will establish protocols, supervise Charge RNs and deployed clinicians, and ensure medical oversight for FEMA/2 CFR compliance.
Responsibilities include on-site rounds, staff orientation, credentialing support, and ongoing clinical quality assurance during activations.
