Job description
Southwest Community Health Center Inc. seeks an experienced physician assistant or nurse practitioner to provide primary and urgent care for both adults and children. You will work in a collaborative team with physicians to deliver patient-centered care consistent with Center policies.
You will participate in continuing education, after-hours coverage, and quality improvement activities, maintaining licensure while delivering high-quality clinical service at our Bridgeport, CT site.
