Job description
Family Health Centers of Southwest Florida seeks an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse - Nutrition Therapy to provide comprehensive primary care and focused nutrition education in a rural Florida setting. You will assess, diagnose, treat, and monitor patients, develop individualized nutrition plans, and collaborate with physicians to improve outcomes.
Requirements include a Master’s or Doctoral degree in nursing, Florida APRN license, and board certification; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
