That’s a HUGE plus!The Schedule & Perks You’ll LoveOnly 36 patient-facing hours per week — paid for 40!Flexible 3- or 4-day work weekSchedule options may include:Weekday shifts may be 8 AM–6 PM, 10 AM–7 PM, or a combination, based on clinic needsPrefer three longer days? You’ll spend dedicated time training alongside our Medical Directors and experienced Advanced Practice Providers so you feel prepared and supported before stepping fully into your role.What You'll DoAs an NP or PA at Just Kids Pediatrics, you’ll care for pediatric patients across the spectrum — from routine well-child visits to same-day sick and urgent care needs.You will:Obtain patient histories and perform comprehensive examinationsDiagnose and treat pediatric patients from well visits to acute and urgent care needsHelp us fulfill our role as the patient's medical homeDocument accurately and efficiently in our EMR, with expanding AI-supported servicesCollaborate with physicians, APPs, nurses, and clinical support teamsEvaluate and manage common pediatric illnesses and injuriesPrescribe medications and treatment plans within your scope of practiceEducate and support parents and caregivers every step of the wayWhy Just Kids Pediatrics?You get to focus on your patients.
