Job description
Community Health Resources is seeking an APRN for the Rural Pathways program in Danielson, CT. The role supports psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and addiction treatment within a SAMHSA-funded initiative. Monday–Friday, full-time, 40 hours/week, under MD supervision.
Applicants should have CT APRN and RN licenses, a CPA CSP license, and DEA registration, with 5+ years in adult/child mental health. CHR offers comprehensive benefits and professional development.
