Responsibilities:
Drive sales through various channels, includinge-commerce platforms like Amazon, eBay, and our own website.
Provide exceptional customer support via email,chat, and phone, with a deep understanding of our products to effectivelyaddress customer needs and close sales.
Collaborate on product launch campaigns anddevelop strategies to increase sales and market presence.
Manage global sales channels and track stocklevels, ensuring timely order placements and preventing out-of-stock scenarios.
Assist in managing a global network of suppliersand partners, optimizing the sales process from start to finish.
Track and analyze sales data to identify trends,opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our productsand market trends to provide informed sales guidance.
Contribute to the maintenance and updating ofour Knowledge Base to support the sales process.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Professional-level English skills (minimum C1+),both written and verbal.
3+ years of experience in a sales-focused role,ideally within the tech or automotive sector.
Strong analytical skills and a data-drivenapproach to sales.
Proven ability to close sales and meet targets.
Experience with e-commerce platforms,particularly Amazon Seller Central, is a significant plus.
Strong organizational and multitaskingabilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularlyExcel and Outlook.
A passion for technology and/or the automotiveindustry is beneficial.
Resourceful and proactive in identifying andseizing sales opportunities.
