Job description
Lifeguard Position
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and ensure the safety of all individuals in and around the pool area
Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment
Respond quickly and appropriately to any emergencies or incidents that may occur
Perform water rescues and administer first aid or CPR as necessary
Conduct regular inspections of the pool area to identify any hazards or potential risks
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the pool area, including regular pool cleaning duties
Experience:
Must possess a current Lifeguard/CPR/First Aid/AED certification
Previous lifeguard experience preferred, but not required
Strong swimming skills and knowledge of water safety protocols
Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
