Job description
Goldfish Swim School in Canton Township, MI is seeking an Assistant General Manager - Aquatics to lead daily lesson flow, develop instructors and deck supervisors, and uphold safety and guest experience on the pool deck.
You'll coach staff, monitor attendance and performance data, conduct evaluations, manage staffing, and ensure certifications are current while driving a sanitation, organization, and high-quality progression for students.
