Job description
Director of Commercial Aquatic Operations - Metro Atlanta - Up to $110k
Lead day-to-day commercial pool operations, including staffing, maintenance, scheduling, customer service, and facility management across multiple locations in Atlanta.
Oversee operations for 30–50 aquatic facilities and help manage a seasonal workforce of approximately 500 employees, including field teams, maintenance crews, lifeguards, and office staff.
Serve as a hands‑on operational leader who can solve problems quickly, lead by example, maintain strong customer relationships, and keep operations running smoothly during busy seasons.
Work closely with executive leadership to improve processes, increase accountability, support company growth, and help scale a long‑established commercial aquatics organization.
Ideal candidates come from commercial aquatics, facilities management, recreation, military, coaching, or other operational leadership backgrounds and are comfortable managing both blue‑collar and white‑collar teams in a fast‑paced environment.
Compensation:
Approximately $90,000–$110,000 base salary plus incentives, company vehicle, medical benefits, PTO, equity potential, and long‑term growth opportunities.
