Job description
Metro Physical & Aquatic Therapy in New York is seeking an Aquatics Director (PT/OT/PTA) to lead and grow our aquatic program across multiple locations. The role combines clinical leadership with program development, staff mentorship, and partnership with clinic leadership to ensure safe, effective pool operations.
You will oversee water safety, chemistry, equipment, maintenance, and education of clinicians, while expanding aquatic therapy offerings and maintaining high patient care standards.
