Job description
Metro Physical & Aquatic Therapy is seeking an Aquatics Director to lead and grow our aquatic therapy program across the organization. The role combines patient care leadership with administrative responsibilities to ensure safe, effective pool operations and high-quality care.
You will mentor clinicians, coach staff on best practices, and collaborate with regional leadership to expand aquatic therapy services and education. NY licensure and CPR/First Aid certifications are required.
