Job description
The YMCA is seeking an Aquatics Director to oversee staff, program quality, and safety across branch aquatics activities in California. The role includes leading lifeguards, coordinating swim lessons and lap swimming, and supporting the Annual Giving Campaign.
Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent aquatics experience, strong communication, and organizational skills. Weekend and evening availability is required, plus various certifications at hire or within six months.
