Jeff Rouse Swim & Sport Center in Stafford, VA, seeks an Aquatics Director to supervise staff, develop programs, and ensure safe pool operations. You will recruit, train, evaluate staff and oversee lifeguards, instructors, and coaches while coordinating aquatic events and meets.
