The Mandel JCC of the Palm Beaches is seeking an Aquatics Director to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Aquatics Department, including staff supervision, budget management, scheduling, and pool maintenance in compliance with safety standards. The role covers both pool and lake oversight during the school year and summer camp, with responsibilities for swim instruction and lifeguarding as needed.
