Job description
The Alexandria Area YMCA is seeking an Aquatics Director to lead the day-to-day operations of the aquatics department, overseeing programming, safety, staff, and facility operations. You will build community relations and create safe, high-quality programs for all ages.
The role requires leadership experience, lifeguard and WSI certifications, and at least 1 year in aquatics. This is a full-time, exempt position with a competitive salary and benefits package in Alexandria, MN.
