Job description
The Aquatics Director at the Hal Welsh East Area Family YMCA, part of the YMCA of Greater Syracuse, leads all aquatic programs and facilities across branch and satellite sites. You will develop programs to promote membership growth and ensure safety, engagement, and excellent experiences for participants and staff.
