Job description
YMCA of Greater Syracuse is seeking an Aquatics Director for the Hal Welsh East Area Family YMCA. Lead all aquatic programs, supervise staff, ensure safety and program quality, and drive membership growth in a cause-driven, community-focused environment.
You will manage budgets, coordinate facility needs, and uphold YMCA policies while fostering a welcoming, respectful, and responsible culture across locations.
