Job description
Metro Physical & Aquatic Therapy is seeking an Aquatics Director passionate about aquatic therapy to lead and grow our program across Nassau, Suffolk, and other locations. The role combines patient care leadership with operational oversight of pools, safety, and water quality.
You will mentor clinicians, develop best practices, and partner with regional leaders to expand services while maintaining high standards of care and safety for patients across the organization.
