Job description
Metuchen-Edison Ymca in Metuchen, NJ is seeking an Aquatics Director to oversee pool operations and member safety during swim hours. You will lead lifeguards and support staff, ensure compliance with bathing codes, and implement the Aquatic Safety Plan in collaboration with senior staff.
This full-time role requires prior pool management experience, current First-Aid/CRP-AED certifications, and the ability to schedule staff and maintain records. Salary ranges from $62,000 to $65,000 annually.
