Job description
YMCA of Attleboro seeks a Co-Aquatics Director to lead the aquatics team, schedule lifeguards and instructors, and deliver high-quality swim instruction. This full-time role balances administrative leadership with hands-on program delivery, ensuring a safe, inclusive aquatic environment in line with YMCA values.
You will oversee the 2nd Grade Swim Program, manage rosters, planning, and staff development, while maintaining compliance with safety curricula and certifications.
