Job description
Central YMCA in Wilmington, DE is seeking an Associate Aquatic Director to lead staff, optimize pool usage, and ensure compliance with YMCA and regulatory standards.
You will partner with branch leadership to strengthen performance, expand aquatic programming, and advance community impact while upholding YMCA values. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and some weekends is required.
