Job description
Aquatics Program ManagerServes as the Aquatics Program Manager responsible for the daily operation and supervision of aquatics, training and recreational programs, personnel, and classes at aquatic facilities. Plans and coordinates details for reoccurring and nonreoccurring aquatic, fitness, instructional, and joint community programs. Plans and establishes an aquatic certification curriculum to include lifeguarding, lifeguard instructor, water safety and fitness instructor, swim lesson/meets, special events, clinics, and other certification and educational programming. Responsible for NAF budget for assigned facilities and programs. Develops and updates the Standard Operating Procedures for the aquatic facilities, programs and enforces policies.
