Job description
YMCA of Rock River Valley is seeking an Aquatics Site Lead to ensure a safe and welcoming atmosphere at their Northeast Family YMCA. This part-time role involves overseeing swim lessons, mentoring staff, and maintaining safe conditions at the aquatics site.
The position requires certifications in CPR/AED and First Aid, and offers a pay of $15.75 per hour while working up to 25 hours per week. The ideal candidate should be at least 21 years old with some swim instruction experience.
