Job description
The City of Longmont seeks a Swim Lesson Specialist to design, organize and supervise its progressive learn-to-swim program, ensuring safe, high-quality aquatic instruction and a positive experience for participants.
You will schedule classes and instructors, maintain records, support marketing efforts to grow participation, and mentor staff while adhering to American Red Cross guidelines and City policies.
