Location: Vernon Hills, IL ( - Hybrid)\ N
Pay Range: $25 - $28 per hour on W2\ N

Job Summary:
This role focuses on expertly managing and resolving accounts receivable disputes, ensuring accurate billing and prompt resolution of discrepancies. You will collaborate cross-functionally to investigate issues and maintain clear communication with clients to uphold financial integrity. This position also involves mentoring new team members on best practices for dispute management.\ NKey Responsibilities:
\ N Research disputes and identify root causes and resolutions.
\ N Resolve invoice, purchase order, delivery, and product or service issues.
\ N Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, Collections, and other teams.
\ N Track dispute status, aging, and resolution timelines;
report trends to leadership.
\ N Maintain accuraterecords and follow company policies and controls.
\ N Coach new team members on dispute resolution practices.
\ N Must-Have Skills:
\ N Experience in AR, billing, deductions, collections, or dispute resolution.
\ N Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
\ N Ability to managemultiple cases, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate records.
\ N Industry Experience:
B2B accounts receivable experience preferred;
manufacturing, distribution, or service industry experience is a plus.
