Job description
Accounts Receivable SpecialistLocation: Carlsbad, CAEmployment Type: ContractAbout the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our client's team in a rapidly growing company in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will contribute to maintaining the day-to-day accounts receivable operations, building and maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring timely resolution of collection matters and billing disputes.ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain relationships with customers through phone and email (30%)Monitor current customer accounts for overdue balances and follow up for timely resolution (15%)Troubleshoot and respond to inquiries through financial operations shared mailboxes (10%)Apply and deposit checks/wires to the appropriate open receivable account (10%)Generate credit memos and customer refunds as needed (5%)Reconcile credit card batches and make deposits daily (5%)Work closely with collection agency to place accounts when necessary (5%)Perform reviews of aged accounts receivable to ensure accuracy (5%)Research, dispute, and process chargebacks in a timely manner (5%)Perform special projects and varied tasks as needed (5%)RequirementsAssociate or Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent education and experience1-3 years Accounts Receivable or equivalent experienceExperience with NetSuite or other ERP systemIntermediate Excel skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsWho We Are SGF Global is an integrated talent solutions provider, offering staffing, recruitment, Employer of Record (EOR), nearshore, and consulting services across a wide range of industries in 35 countries.
