Job description
An Abry's manager oversees daily operations, managers staff, ensures customer satisfaction and maintains compliance with health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Operations Management : Arby's managers are responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, which includes working side by side with staff, also analyzing sales numbers, ordering supplies, and maintaining communication with corporate offices.
Staff Management: Managers interview, hire, and train new employees, create work schedules, and delegate job duties to ensure efficient operation. They also monitor staff performance and provide guidance to maintain high service standards.
Customer Service Excellence: Ensuring superior customer service is a critical part of the role. Managers resolve customer issues and ensure that all associates provide excellent care to guests.
Financial Oversight: Managers are responsible for monitoring the restaurant's financial performance, including managing labor costs and achieving operational goals.
Compliance and Safety: They enforce company policies to maintain proper health and employee safety standards, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
