Open Role: Night Supervisor
We're hiring a Night Supervisor to manage store operations during evening shifts and Sundays at our Bear Valley location. This exempt position plays a key role in achieving maximum sales performance while supervising associates, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining store standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage evening and Sunday store operations to achieve sales goals
Supervise and train associates assigned by the Store Manager
Ensure store is properly merchandised, clean, and fully staffed
Handle cash register operations, deposits, and store funds with full accountability
Provide training, feedback, and write performance documentation for employees
Resolve customer and employee issues with prompt decision making
Open and close the store following established procedures
Implement customer service programs and safety guidelines
Qualifications:
Two years of progressive retail experience with increased responsibilities
Experience managing a minimum of 5 people or equivalent thrift store experience
Ability to work with a diverse workforce and individuals with developmental disabilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
PC literate with Windows-based platform
Ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds regularly
