Arcade EmployeeSummary of Position:Assist customers with Arcade. Provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional experience for all of our guests. Each employee's primary objective is to show our guests such a marvelous time, they will want to return again and again.Duties & Responsibilities:Maintains a guest focus while performing dutiesHelp guest with redeeming points for prizesLet customers know point balance on their cardsMaintains a positive attitude and always SMILE.Keeps area clean during and after customers are in arcadeKeeps work area, equipment, counters, and storage areas clean and orderlyNotify management of any games needing repaired or issues with card kiosksOther duties as assigned by supervisors or management staff
