Job description
ERM is seeking a Managing Consultant, Archaeologist to lead complex cultural resource programs across the Upper Midwest. You will oversee field surveys, reporting, and regulatory strategy, shaping projects from planning through execution while mentoring staff and expanding client engagements.
The role requires a graduate degree and 8–10+ years in cultural resource management, with strong NHPA/NEPA knowledge, and willingness to travel for fieldwork across the region.
