Job description

Rocket Lab is seeking a Senior/Principal Propulsion Engineer for the Neutron program in the United States. You will own subsystems and engine operation, driving design, testing, and readiness across Archimedes engines and related systems.

You will execute campaigns, analyze data, refine designs for reliability, and align teams to program goals. Senior/Principal levels offer escalating responsibilities and cross-functional impact.
