Job description
KIPP Chicago is seeking a Director of Major Gifts & Individual Giving to lead a high-capacity donor portfolio and expand the organization’s $25M anniversary campaign. The role requires daily in-person presence in Chicago and field outreach, with close collaboration to advance student opportunities and community impact.
The ideal candidate has 5–7+ years in fundraising, a track record of securing significant gifts, and strong relationship-building and leadership skills.
