Architectural Design Manager
Located: Las Vegas, NV (Relocation assistance offered if needed)
$85k-$105k base salary

Join a premier luxury homebuilder where you’ll help shape exceptional residential designs while leading a talented team of designers. This role blends creative leadership, team development, and cross-functional collaboration to bring distinctive, high-end homes to life.
What You’ll Do
Lead architectural design direction for luxury homes, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with the company’s design vision.
Manage, mentor, and develop the design team, including hiring, training, and workload planning.
Collaborate with Construction, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and other teams to keep projects aligned and moving forward.
Oversee design standards, workflows, and processes to improve quality and efficiency.
Support sales and marketing with presentations, 3D models, visualizations, and other design materials.
Help establish best practices, guide design reviews, and contribute directly to high-profile projects.
What You Bring
6+ years of residential or hospitality architecture experience, including 3+ years in a leadership or management role.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program is nice to have.
Architectural license preferred, or actively pursuing licensure but not required.
Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to coach teams and drive results.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in SketchUp OR Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office; Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Lumion, or Enscape experience is a plus.
