Job description
An established NYC architecture firm specializing in commercial buildings, retail stores, and restaurant projects . They work across new construction, adaptive reuse, and interior fit‑outs for national retailers, restaurateurs, property owners, and developers.
They’re looking for an Architectural Designer with 5+ years of experience who can support space planning, design development, and construction documentation. Ideal candidates are detail‑oriented, collaborative, and comfortable coordinating with consultants and navigating all phases of the design and construction process.
What you’ll do:
-Develop design concepts, space plans, and construction documents
-Coordinate with MEP, structural, and civil consultants
-Support permitting, bidding, and construction administration
-Address landlord, client, and DOB comments; respond to RFIs
What you bring:
-Strong Revit skills
-Experience with commercial or retail projects
-Ability to multitask, communicate clearly, and work in a fast‑paced environment
