Job PositionJOB SUMMARY:At the direction of Lead Persons and/or Shop Foreman, complete assigned work according to the work order, to the satisfaction of the customer and to the quality standard of Shamrock Metals, LLC.ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:Completing all duties assigned by the Lead Person, Shop Foreman, or Plant Manager while making the most efficient use of time, raw materials, and equipmentSetting up, operating, and maintaining all relevant tools and machines, including hand routers, saws, and stationary equipment, and all power hand toolsWorking 40 to 50+ hour work weeksObeying all company, OSHA, and other state and federal agencies' safety regulationsKeeping department clean and organizedMaintaining or reducing estimated labor/material costs for each projectConsulting with engineering and Production Manager on construction techniquesPolishing custom metal products in accordance with drawings provided by drafting departmentWorking individually with little supervisionWorking as a team and communicating effectively with management and all employeesAn individual in this position must be able to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities listed above.
