Architectural Project Manager | Clearwater, FL

I’m recruiting for an established architecture firm seeking a Project Manager to lead commercial projects from the completion of design development through construction. The firm’s work includes retail, corporate office, and industrial projects throughout the Southeast .
This is a hands-on opportunity to take ownership of projects, work directly with clients, and help guide a close-knit architectural team.
What you’ll do:
• Lead project delivery, production schedules, and consultant coordination.
• Produce and review construction documents in AutoCAD.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Guide projects through permitting, agency reviews, and construction administration.
• Maintain drawing quality, code compliance, and design intent through completion.
What you’ll bring:
• 5–10 years of architectural project management experience.
• Strong AutoCAD skills and a background in commercial construction documents and construction administration.
• Experience managing clients, coordinating engineering consultants, and leading project teams.
• A degree in architecture. Architectural licensure is preferred but not required.
• Revit experience is a plus.
