We are looking for full-time, self-motivated and safety-minded individuals to join our team.Responsibilities And RequirementsInstalling Sheet metal for new under-construction building decks, facades and roofsBuilding Expansion JointsEnsure installations meet code, manufacturer specifications, and company standardsWork safely with sharp objects and power toolsAbility to adapt and apply those skills quickly & efficientlyAbility to work with others in a TEAM environmentAble to work independently and full timeAble to work on heights including ScaffoldingBenefitsMedical, Dental, Vision, Basic Life, Basic AD&D, Voluntary Life, Voluntary AD&D & 401k, Paid vacation, Sick days and HolidaysRequirements1+ years of Sheet Metal installation experience (multi-family preferred) a plusAbility to lift to 50 pounds and work in varying job-site conditionsStrong attention to safety and qualityAbility to read blueprints and follow job specificationsMust have reliable transportation to go to various jobsites in different counties in and out of the Bay AreaMust be authorized to work in the United StatesMust be able to pass regular drug screen testing and a background check
