Job description
Azori, LLC seeks an Architecture Design Leader to elevate design excellence across the organization, building scalable design systems and guiding a team of architects. You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver beautiful, buildable homes that align with company strategy and market expectations.
You will lead about 6–9 architects, establish standards, review design outputs, and coach the team toward higher creativity and technical mastery while ensuring feasibility and cost
