Job description
HDR is seeking an Area Business Development Leader to drive growth across Nevada markets. You will identify and qualify leads, manage area sales goals and budgets, and maintain strong client relationships while mapping market trends and opportunities to inform strategic plans.
In this role you will lead pursuit teams, develop growth initiatives, and coordinate content marketing to strengthen HDR's brand. Travel and leadership of BD staff are expected.
