About the Role
We’re seeking a high‑performing Area Business Director to lead sales growth, mentor field teams, and drive strategic expansion across a defined region. This role is built for a proven closer—someone who consistently exceeds quotas, develops top‑tier sales talent, and thrives in a fast‑paced, competitive environment.
Responsibilities
Lead sales growth and achieve a seven‑figure quota.
Mentor Territory and Area Sales Managers.
Build strong relationships with key healthcare providers in the aesthetic and medical device space.
Drive strategic expansion across the designated region.
Qualifications
High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum 2 years of sales experience, ideally in medical devices, capital equipment, surgical devices, or laser technology.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Salesforce experience preferred.
Compensation
Competitive pay: $85,000–$90,000 per year.
