nAs an ACT, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining continuity of care across multiple clients and locations. Your responsibilities include:
nAssisting with personal hygiene and grooming
nSupporting safe mobility and transfers
nPerforming light housekeeping and meal preparation
nOffering companionship and emotional support
nDocumenting care activities and reporting any changes in client condition
nResponding quickly to client needs in various homes across assigned areas
nWhat We're Looking For:
nAge 18 or older
nActive CNA or PCA license (preferred) OR Willing to become PCA.
nValid driver’s license + reliable transportation
nCurrent auto insurance
nClean background check and drug screening
nWillingness to travel to client homes as needed
