Job description
Massage Envy Area Manager oversees operations and performance of assigned clinics, managing sales, customer service, staffing, and supervision of General Managers. Upholds the brand values of optimism, gratitude, excellence, consistency and empathy, while promoting wellness plans and skincare services to members.
This role requires leading two or more clinics, building bench strength, ensuring KPI targets are met, and coordinating payroll, training, and compliance.
