Job description
Hospitality Restaurant Group is seeking an Area Coach to lead and oversee 4–10 Taco Bell restaurants, driving performance and teamwork across the area. You will recruit and develop Restaurant General Managers and Shift Managers, coach on the four rights, and ensure strong results in customer satisfaction and financial metrics.
The role requires daily travel between designated stores, reliable transportation, and a track record of multi-unit management.
