Job description
Rackson Restaurants is seeking an Area Coach to lead 8–10 restaurants, coaching RGMs and directing store operations with a focus on guest satisfaction, food safety, and financial performance.
You will mentor managers, manage budgets, drive sales, and ensure standards across markets, including hands‑on support as needed. Travel is required to visit locations and reinforce company practices.
