Job description
Taco Bell seeks an Area Coach to oversee the western Detroit market, including Westland, with 6-9 corporate locations and $10–12M+ in annual sales. You’ll train, coach, and support Restaurant Managers to drive day-to-day excellence and customer satisfaction.
You’ll lead staffing, set goals, and ensure safety & brand standards while focusing on process improvements and staff development.
