Job description

BrightPath Kids is seeking an Area Director to oversee multiple child care centers in the Rockaway area. You will work with center directors, supervise staff, ensure compliance with state licensing and BrightPath standards, and drive program quality to deliver a safe, nurturing environment for children.

This full-time, on-site role requires a Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education, 5+ years of childcare experience, and 3+ years in management, plus strong leadership and Microsoft Office
