Job description
BrightPath Kids in Rockaway, NJ is seeking an Area Director to oversee several child care centers, recruit and develop staff, and ensure programs meet BrightPath standards. You will supervise Center Directors and partner with teachers, children, and families to create a safe, engaging learning environment.
This full-time leadership role requires a Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education or related field, 3+ years in management, and strong organizational and customer service skills.
