Job description
Hands of Heartland seeks an Area Director for the Sioux City, IA area to oversee day-to-day service operations, including day services, residential services, or supported employment. You will serve as the primary DHHS liaison and lead staff coordinators, ensuring compliance and fiscal health.
Qualified candidates have a Bachelor’s in social services or related field, at least five years of progressive and five years of management experience, and a valid driver’s license.
