Job description
FCA in Charles County, MD seeks an Area Director to grow the ministry by recruiting, equipping, and deploying staff and volunteers. You will work with coaches, schools, churches, and donors to implement a strategic discipleship plan that multiplies faithful leaders.
You will align with the Regional VP and boards, oversee budgeting and donor advancement, and ensure biblical standards in all ministry activities.
